Pentagon Federal Credit Union - FDP-103 Error - Invalid Credentials

They are the correct credentials but rejects them. When I re-enter them, same thing. What gives? Anyone else experiencing this?

Reading the posts this has been going on for some time and find it hard to believe this has been escalated internally and is not fixed. No ETA? Cmon someone should be able to troubleshoot and resolve this in 5 minutes.
