Citibank transactions, ATM/Debit transacts not showing merchant on download

hi,
1-new problem here on quicken mac. Suddenly when i update my checking acct transactions register from citibank online, its showing only Debit purchase...etc...it used to show the merchant (home depot, pizza shop ))

2- As a test i tried to import as QFX also to see if that would show the merchant names, but nothing got added to the register at all.

Anybody experiencing either of these problems? Im using MAC quickent on Catalina. I'd say this prob is about 30 days old.

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the CitiBank accounts to see if the details of the transactions come in the same as they do in your main file. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
