American Express Card One Step Update - sign-in to Chase

American Express card stopped downloading updates. Trying to reactivate downloads, and Quicken One Step Update tries signing into Chase bank. That makes no sense. How can I reactivate transaction downloads when Quicken is trying to establish a connection for Amex card with Chase bank?
