Bill-Pay made on the Chase Bank phone app or Web Site does not automatically load into Quicken. How do I correct this?

Agreed.  I asked for that article to be updated with that information, and I thought it was, but as I read it again it isn't clear that the "syncing down" goes away too.

Chris, I’ve read that article. It does not seem to clearly state that discontinuation of DC will eliminate downloading of payment instructions.
