Unable to link several banking accounts

It has been several days and I am unable to link my banking accounts (PenFed, CITI and American Express) with my Quicken. Is anyone else having the same issues? Is there any new instructions to link these? I click on the fix and they are successful but they won't update.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to update these accounts or perform a One Step Update? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions from these financial institutions?
