Are quicken servers having trouble again with Summit Credit one step update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
One step update will not update Summit CU, but all other accounts update fine. CC-501 comes up stating it is not Summit CU fault, but cannot connect to servers. I has been like this for 3 days

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with your Summit Credit Union accounts.
I have located a support article that discusses the CC-501 error in more detail. You may follow this link to access that FAQ.
As per the FAQ: If this occurs when updating an accountPlease Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
