How long will it take to fix the login issue for PenFed?

I have been trying unsuccessfully to download my transactions from Pentagon Federal Credit Union since September! I keep getting 503cc error. It is acting as if my login and password are incorrect. They are not! I understand that this is an ongoing issue. How long before the problem gets resolved? Could you at least tell them what steps if any you have taken to fix it?

We do currently have an active alert regarding Pentagon Federal users receiving CC-503 errors with their accounts. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
