Phantom Downloaded Transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
After a recent download of all my accounts, one of my old, no longer used credit cards now displays a red flag as if there are downloaded transactions to enter. There are no un-entered transactions in the register for that or any other account. The red flag remains. How to get rid of it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when Quicken says there are transactions to accept but you don't see any. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps just in case.
