why did I suddenly lose my memorized payee list?

I was just entering a transaction in my Quicken register and found out that I have suddenly lost my memorized payee list.

In the past this kind of problem has seems to be associated with using Sync to Mobile/Web.

Note I would recommend restoring from a back that is before the lose of the memorized payees.
If that isn’t possible for some reason you can also export the memorized payees with the QIF export of an old Quicken data file/backup, and import that into the current data file.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Data Entry and Quickfill. Has the Remove memorized payees not used in the last XX months option been changed to 0 or some low number of months?
