Bank of America Visa Causes Two Accounts

For whatever reason, we were unaware of Bank of America's change in Quicken download protocols. I should have checked out the forum first but didn't. The result being that we have ended off with two BoA Visa accounts in Quicken. I did try and move/copy from the old account to the new account and ran into nothing but issues. As it currently sits, we have the new account that began a couple of days ago with a few transactions and then the "old one" with transactions going back 8 years. Is there a way we can merge the data from the old account without having to individually accept every transaction? Tried both copy and move with disastrous results prompting us to restore the backup and keep two separate Visa accounts. Any suggestions to merge "old with the new" would be most appreciated. Thanks.
