Unable to download transactions from First Tech FCU

Hi,
I've been downloading transactions from my First Tech accounts since 2014 without any major issue.
Some months back I started getting the following error: Oops. There is a connection problem - CC-502.
Obviously, there's not a connection problem as I've tried tens of times during these months at different days/times.
Does anyone have any clue to fix/troubleshoot?
Thank you.
