    Get the same error message nearly every day with Wells Fargo, haven't been able to update account since 10/1.

    Is this with a Wells Fargo advisors account?

    I have the same issue. Not a wells fargo advisor account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled quicken with no luck

    Thank you for joining this thread to share that you are also experiencing this error. 

    I have located a support article that discusses the CC-501 error message in more detail and provides some steps to take. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. 

    As per the FAQ:

    If this occurs when trying to add an account

    Wait 24 hours and try to add the account again. If you are still getting the error after waiting 24 hours, please Contact Support.

    If this occurs when updating an account

    Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution.
