I have been attempting to update my Chase Bank credit card account for a number of months now. I am directed to a Chase Bank website to reauthorize Quicken to update my Chase Bank register. I follow all the prompts and I get a response from Chase Bank that says "Congratulations. you haves successfully linked your account with Quicken. Please wait a few seconds and you will be redirected back to Quicken." I have reauthorized this task many, many times. Apparently, I need to input a unique Quicken password when I ask for an update in order to proceed. I have no idea what that is, and no one at Quicken can respond to give me that password. I have not been able to get my register for Chase Bank accounts updated by Quicken for at least two months now, maybe more. When are you going to fix this issue?0
