Can't add Movement Mortgage account Error FDP-155 (Q Mac)

Just purchased Quicken Deluxe, but I am having trouble adding my mortgage, which works fine with [Removed - 3rd-Party Software]. I am undecided on whether to pay for Quicken or stay with [Removed - 3rd-Party Software]. If I can't add my basic accounts, I am not sure if it is worth it. I can't even find a way to send a request to Quicken support. Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to review this error-specific support article regarding error FDP-155.

    We do not currently have any Alerts posted for this financial institution, so as stated in the article, if the error persists after 24 hours, we advise contacting the financial institution to see if there may be a block on their side that needs to be removed. 

    If the financial institution states that they are unable to assist, then please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
