Anyone having crashes with online bill payments?

When using Quick Pay message returns to say payment has been scheduled and transaction will show in register then Quicken stops responding. After reboot, there is no transaction in the register and no way to confirm that the payment was actually scheduled. The first of these crash situations was to schedule a payment for 11/3/2022 so I will soon see if Quicken actually did schedule the payment before it locked up.

Hello @wwooss,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Quicken? Please refer to the following support articles for instructions on uninstalling here and reinstalling here.
However, after you have uninstalled and before you proceed with reinstalling, please open your Windows File Explorer and navigate to This PC > C: Drive > Program Files (x86) and delete the folder titled "Quicken" (doing so does not affect your data files). After you have deleted this folder, go ahead and try reinstalling.
Let us know how it goes!

Which bank is your checking account with (the one that's enabled for Check Pay and Quick Pay)?
Did your bank recently require you to reauthorize your accounts because they were migrating from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect (with or without a + sign)? And did you make that change?
