Endless loop of changing password and unable to log in

I just subscribed today on Mac and am in an endless loop of changing password and unable to log in.
Accepting my new password but not able to log in now

    I took the liberty of reviewing your account and log-in attempts here internally and found that each time you log in, an internal error occurs blocking you from being able to log in successfully. In order to have this resolved, it will require assistance from our escalation team.
