Why is taking so long to resolve the Chase issue?

It's been going on for many months and we get the exact same answer every day we ask. How about some real information? It's frustrating having to download from the Chase site each time.

    Have you considered that CHASE might be the issue?  That CHASE might not be in a hurry to resolve this?

    What's the "issue" - all my Chase stuff downloads just fine from One Step Update ...
    just "bill payments" no longer supported since EWC+ migration

    What I find so strange about this is that different people are getting different results.

    The biggest problem with Express Web Connect + is that you can't tell who is at fault.
