Chase Line of Credit was Credit Card Account--Somehow Now a Loan Account
CUITCNY
With the new Chase update, my Chase Line of Credit account, which functions like a credit card account, got automatically changed to a Loan Account. There seems to be no way to convert the account back to a credit card account. One cannot reconcile, as best I can tell, a Loan account. How do I change it back to a credit card account so that I can reconcile. The Chase account actually functions as a credit card account, not a loan, but somehow Quicken thinks it functions as a loan account.

Hello
@CUITCNY
,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
Do you have a recent backup you can restore? To start with, I suggest restoring a backup file that was saved prior to this issue occurring to see if the same issue occurs in the restored file. If needed, please, review this
support article
. Scroll down
and open the blue dropdown section(s) titled
Restore Quicken data
and/or
Restore an automatic backup
for instructions on how to restore a backup.
I hope this helps!
