No longer getting updates from my Schwab Accounts (Bank and Brokerage)

I have Oct transactions that will not download in 2 of 3 Schwab accounts. This has been working fine for the last few months. I removed online services and reestablished the accounts w Schwab via "Add Account". Still cannot get Oct transaction data.

Hello @BarryMo,
Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Schwab account(s) to see if it produces the same issue with transactions not downloading. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.- Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.

Hello @BarryMo,
Thank you for attempting the test file.
Due to the same issue occurring with your main file and the test file, you will need to reach out to Charles Schwab for further assistance as this indicates that there is an issue with the way they are sending information through the servers. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 representative or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!-Quicken Jasmine

Well, when I tried again a few days ago, I received Nov data in both the test and main files. Even after re-adding the accounts, I could not get Oct data and was forced to enter manually. Why wouldn't adding the account again bring in older data?0
