Bank of America will not connect to Quicken

Quicken asks to reconnect BoA accounts and sends me to BoA for sign-in. BoA asks if I which to share data which I agree to and BoA sends me back to Quicken. Quicken produces a "Add Account" window that lists my accounts with and action of "Do not add to Quicken. That cannot be edited. The accounts are not available in Quicken.
