Grow Financial can't download data or add accounts

Does webconnect still work for Grow? If not how do you reconnect to Grow to download data? Also, accounts seem to be not connected and when entering log on to add accounts back to quicken you get CC502 Grow not available. Help

If you haven't already, please take a moment to review this error-specific support article regarding error CC-502.
If the steps are unsuccessful, then as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support via phone or chat. Our support agents will likely need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and may be required to file an escalation.
