Chase accounts not downloading

:s I have re-authorized my accounts at least a dozen times. I have been using Quicken for 20+ years and all of the sudden none of my accounts are downloading. I've tried everything. this is a bug and yet I keep hearing there is no problem. 2022 could be the last year i use quicken if this is not resolved. Please don't tell me to re-authorize with chase. that isn't the issue
