I bought a new computer yesterday, they transferred everything over to the new computer. Everything works except my Quicken. When you click on the icon it opens for about a half a second then flashes a couple of times then goes to blank screen. It says I am signed in. I don't know what to do. The place I bought the computer at is closed today for construction. Any help would be appreciated. Windows 10, and it was windows 10 on the old computer as well, and I have never had a problem.

How did you transfer Q to the new computer?
The proper procedure would be to install Q on the new computer and then RESTORE a backup (taken on the old computer) onto the new computer.

If you are using Quicken 2014 thru 2017, see this post, it is long, but it explains and solves the problem:
Migrating Quicken 2017 from old to new computer - Quicken Data Access Guarantee — Quicken
With 2014 & 2015 the Quicken.ini file will be in a Quicken folder under an Intuit folder. I'm not sure about 2016.
