Citi Bank (Q Win, CC 502)

Haven't been able to download financial info from Citi Bank for the past twenty days. Continuous CC-502 error. Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

    We do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding Citi users receiving online banking errors such as the CC-502 error message when attempting to update accounts.     I have this same issue. I have searched the forum and saw the linked ongoing ticket and it shows a history back to April. There are repeated updates saying it is being worked. But a ticket that has been worked for this many months is a real issue. What is the fix for this issue that I can apply TODAY?
