Bill pay accounts???

Does anyone here have as many problems as I do with the Bill Pay Feature. It has never been satisfactory since the switch a couple of years ago. All of my accounts (all 3 that actually have been working properly) came up as invalid right after last week's upgrade. I deleted and removed all affected accounts as instructed and now have been waiting for almost a week for something that still says it should be done in "a couple of days". Are there any plans to ever fix this issue. It has been a couple of years now. That seems to be a reasonable time to be patient.
