Discover & Truist - No Quicken Downloads

The option to choose a quicken type download isn't even offered at either the credit card nor the bank -- only csv or excel is on the list -- was told it's a problem with quicken

    Hello @mf7lakes, 

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this issue. 

    Which instances are you choosing for Discover and Truist? If you choose an instance then click Continue, you may then click Advanced to see the different connection types offered and choose one. For the first instance listed for both of these financial institutions, the only connection method offered is Quicken Connect which is automatic online downloads. See the screenshots below.
