Tag Issues

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
For some reason I can no longer edit and update tags on transactions. I cannot do this from reports I've run nor from the register - this is a feature I was using just a few days ago. I have gone into my register preferences and there is nowhere to "turn on" the tag option. I have already conducted a validate and repair and that has not resolved this issue. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To start with, I suggest that you please try super-validating your data file as you had only mentioned the validate and repair function. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

Thanks @QuickenJasmine! Before you answered, I contacted Quicken customer service. They told me that the latest update took that feature away. Which kind of stinks, but at least I know I'm not going crazy! Thanks for your help.0
