It would be nice if the people running Quicken would contact or notify long-time subscribers and users of current downloading problems. An email periodically would be appreciated with all the vendor issues, such as the current (CC-502) one at Citibank. A little courtesy to your customers would be appreciated.

There's already multiple posts from Eric Dunn on this forum. But, it isn't his job to do tech support. That's the job of the Q Support and the Mods on this forum, with the assistance of the SuperUsers.

You know it is really ironic that people tend to think that a company is well run when executives, software engineers, ... read/post on their forums. With the exception of a very small company where these people are doing all the roles, this would actually be a mark of a very badly run company/product.
I would hope that instead posting on here, which is doing someone else's job, they instead do their job.Signature:

also, @Chris_QPW, I think the point is when you hear from senior executives, you get a comfort level that they are aware of the issue and are directing their organization to solve the issues. I would not expect them to solve the problem themselves. The issue is there have been so many issues lately with no comfort they are going to get fixed or stopped.

@Mark1104 I have a different viewpoint on this.
The CEO of a company certainly shouldn't be dealing with "details", but they should be aware of constant problems in their company, and if there is any kind of possible solution should be acting on it. If not, they are incompetent, and I wouldn't expect someone bring up that problem to them would change that.
Addressing @Jack Riashi's suggestion directly. Quicken Inc has a method for suggestions like this. You are to go to the Home page and select New Post -> New Idea, and people vote on it and that is how they determine if that is something people want or not. Maybe people feel that this is a failed system and that is why they are appealing directly to the "executives" or are just not aware of it (the most likely situation). Well, then that would be the complaint that should be sent to the "executives", not just "normal ideas".
And I would say something about the suggestion. When ideas are posted there isn't anyway except with a comment to vote down an idea, but if there were, I would certainly vote down this idea. I have no desire to get an email with all the online services connection problems going on. The whole system is error prone and as such there ALWAYS people with problems.
I don't want an email like this:
