Downloading Transaction from Chase Bank Accounts

Has anybody noticed buggy transactions downloading from Chase. For example, wrong payee and, surprisingly, a transaction date. Today is 11/29, transaction was made on 11/25, but Quicken recorded it as 12/1. And it is not one transaction that was with such bug.
Also, I noticed it messed up a transaction from Bill and Income reminder. The transaction wasn't disappearing from the reminder in the register after I accepted it into the register. I had to delete that reminder and recreate it. After that, the transaction in the register reminder disappeared as soon as I accepted it into the register.
