Remove Online Biller does not remove biller

While in "Bills and Income" tab, I select the gear icon / manage online billers, select the biller I want to remove, click "remove biller" - message states "Biller removed successfully", but the biller remains and does not actually get deleted.

Online bill management seems to have several major bugs, is quicken working on these features?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers first, then see if it will allow you to remove the online billers you wish to delete. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.



    Once that is done, please navigate back to the gear icon and click Manage Online billers and attempt to remove the Online billers you wish to delete.

    Thank you - that worked for that biller. However I am still getting the message "we are working on linking" that I reported about a month ago - do we have any updates on this issue?

    No new info has been received regarding that issue other than what has already been posted in the Alert.

    Any and all available updates will be posted in the Community Alert for that issue as well. If no new info is received, then the Alert will be updated weekly to indicate that it is still an ongoing investigation.
