Cannot update BofA Credit Card Account

I have 5 accounts at BofA, and one of them (Visa Card) cannot be updated through Quicken. When I edit the account and try to establish a connection to BofA, I get a message that the login failed. A box pops up that says click Sign In to validate via your browser. Clicking that box yields the same error and causes Quicken to freeze and become unresponsive. The only way to exit the program is by ending the task (Quicken) through the Task Manager.
