How can I reset my PW if I cannot enter it to start the process?

    I believe Quicken has gotten much more difficult to use.

    I have been trying for over 1.5 hours to get a response from any agent to assist with my problem.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    In order to better assist you further, could you please clarify and specify exactly which password you are trying to reset (Quicken ID password, data file password, bank password, etc.)? 

    Also, please keep in mind that the Community an online forum and primarily user-to-user based. Responses you receive here will not always be immediate and are not always guaranteed to be received by a Quicken employee.
