How can I reset my PW if I cannot enter it to start the process?

    I believe Quicken has gotten much more difficult to use.

    I have been trying for over 1.5 hours to get a response from any agent to assist with my problem.

    In order to better assist you further, could you please clarify and specify exactly which password you are trying to reset (Quicken ID password, data file password, bank password, etc.)?
