Online Bill amounts are always wrong

1. I have a bill reminder for Spotify. (it was probably originally entered at $15.99)
2. It is linked to the online biller of Spotify to download by bill.
3. It is set to auto-enter in register because it is paid automatically from a credit card.
However, every month it is auto-entered into my register as $15.99, but my actual bill is $17.05. Since the amounts never match, they are not matched in quicken and I also have useless auto-entries in my register that I have to delete.
What is the point of having an online biller if it doesnt reflect the bill amount on my register. I am very confused, surely there's a way to fix this?

Hello @JeremyGNJ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Let us know how it goes!
