Cant download app

Can someone please help. We've just purchased the premier subscription and I can't seem to download the app. I understand that I wont be able to link my accounts in New Zealand but for some reason the app is also not showing up in the app store.

    The Quicken Mobile application is only available in the United States and Canada.
