Synchrony Bank - Cannot add Financial Institution to Quicken DeLuxe R45.13

None of the financial institutions found by Quicken are related to my particular purchase, Marvin Windows. Is there another way to add Synchrony Bank in order to configure OneStep Updates so I can monitor my financial transactions with Synchrony Bank?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this question. 

    I recommend reaching out to your financial institution for further support. If none of the instances match then most likely that particular partner card of synchrony doesn't support downloads to Quicken. So you would want to reach out to them to confirm that and if so, then you will want to request for it to be supported by Quicken as the financial institution will have to submit a request to be added to our service providers.

    Just firing a shot in the dark ...
    As odd as it may sound, in some other discussions it was mentioned that using "Guitar Center Credit Card" made it possible to add the credit card to Quicken. How about giving it a try?
    (Yes, of course, Synchrony should provide all their customers with instructions on how to download into Quicken, even for some of the less frequently used merchants)
