Capital one connection issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am having the same problem, each time I create a new file but it gets corrupted a couple of weeks later. the only way to update capital one is to log in to capital one and select download, but I can't reconcile the accounts because quicken keeps telling me my online balance for my capital one accounts is 0.
