Bank of America downloads with blank transactions

When i connect to the new BofA authenticator it downloads over 60,000 transactions... however nothing appears. I know this was a prior ttacked issue, but it's marked as resolved as of today. But absolutely nothing has changed... deleted my online connection and redid it, but same story which is happening for over 2 months. Not sure why I'm still getting billed for quicken when the only feature i pay for doesn't work.
