Are Quicken and USAA changing their download procedure again?

I got an email, purportedly from Quicken, that said changes were coming to the USAA connection. I can't find anything on Quicken's website about this and since the email came from an address different than any previous Quicken emails, I don't want to click the link until I verify its authenticity.

If this is legitimate, it's as bad as hearing the words "we're from the government and we're here to help". Last time changes were made to the USAA connection it took many months to ever get it working again. If there is a change coming, and if it doesn't work any better than last time, it will be the end of my relationship with any USAA financial products.

    Hello @deriter,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

Yes, the email you received is legit. Notices are being sent out as a "heads up" about USAA making changes to the way they will connect with Quicken in the future. However, no official date of when this will begin has been set yet.

    Thank you!
