cant add chase investment account

I have several accounts with chase (checking and three investment). I am trying to add a new account, quicken opens the chase site and i can see where the account is flagged for an interface to quicken. i go back in quicken and it completes its update showing all the other accounts - but not the new account, so how do i add an account?
