Verizon Visa - One Step Update

Hi...Needed to get a new credit card number for my Verizon Visa account. My original One Step Update has been deactivated. I want to now Activate the One Step Update to pull in the new credit card number. My issue is that the Activate One Step Update has Synchrony Bank Credit Cards. Verizon Visa is a Synchrony Bank Credit Card. However, has it's own login. How can I change 'Synchrony Bank Credit Cards' to 'Verizon Visa Card'? Thank you.

Instead of using the Setup Now button, use the "Add Account" function ("+" button in the Account Sidebar title), select Verizon. When during the process the list of accounts found at the bank is shown, click the Add / Link button so select Link and, in a popup, select the existing Quicken account register by name. Alternatively, you can select Add instead and Quicken will create a new account register for you.

    Hello @Adrienne

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this question.

You will use the same Synchrony instance that you used to previously activate online services. You will deactivate and reactivate the account using your login information. You may follow this link for more information regarding deactivating and reactivating online banking services. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    I hope this helps!

Hi Jasmine. My Verizon Visa account already deactivated itself. I go to Account Details / Online Services Tab and press the <Set up Now...> button, it has 'Synchrony Bank Credit Cards' (where my Verizon Visa Card does not work) I need it to be 'Verizon Visa Card'. When I initially activated the online service, uses 'Verizon Visa Card'. Thank you.

Thank you UKR. Wasn't sure that would work. This can be closed.
