One Step Update has been prompting me to renew connections to Chase bank. I have several accounts with Chase and through the new connection, all the banks connected no problem except for one, where Quicken thinks it has already added but it is an American Express account. There is no Action option to add the account because of that. Can anyone help with this issue? See attaches screenshot.
