Chase and BoA have stopped downloading [e]

After not downloading since 12/3 Chase started downloading transactions on 12/16 after relinking the account. Now on 12/19 it stopped downloading again. It also appears that Bank of America has also stopped downloading again. What is going on?????????

    We do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding Chase users being unable to download transactions. You may follow this link to access that alert where you can bookmark the alert in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur. 

    As for the issue that you are experiencing with being unable to download transactions with Bank of America, we recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.
