Credit Line updates on a BOA Home equity loan.

BOA changed my loan number so I changed it in Quicken. The next download from the Bank into Quicken now shows this loan a paid in full - even though it is not and still has a large balance due. Is this a bank problem or is there a way to update this? I linked the old loan to the new loan when I updated. The line has been in use for several years so I don't want to have to update all my transactions or close and create a new account. Quicken makes these types a changes very difficult (it seems) Not first time I've had issues when the bank changes their data.
