My Quicken updated to R45.13, and now when my transactions download with automatic entry turned off,

the red flag appears next to the account, but the downloaded transactions are no longer showing up in the downloaded transactions list. The only way I have found to fix this is to turn on automatic entry and then do a validate and repair the file every time. Why is it no longer working?
