I notice some people were having problems downloading from Citi. Have you resolved it, if so, what did you do. I can log on at the citi website so not a problem with passwords.

    If you're talking about the New Years weekend, including Monday 1/2 ... those problems have been resolved.
    For problems that started earlier and have been unresolved for a while, you better call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
