How to use 2022 actual data for the 2023 budget

I know how to do this had I opted to budget for 2023 before the end of 2022. But, now that we are in 2023, I cannot find a way to use the prior year actual figures for my 2023 budget. Suggestions?

If you have already opened the budget in 2023 the only way would be to restore from a backup that is in 2022 and set your system clock to 12/31/2022 and then extend it. Likewise, if you haven't yet opened it in 2023 then you would set your system clock back to 12/31/2022 and extend it.
I'm going to include this link for the idea that all the options should be available no matter how the budget is extended because this is a problem that comes up every year:
When Quicken detects that a budget should be updated in the new year it should give all options — Quicken
