Chase transactions will not download into Quicken Windows

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have had a Chase credit card for 3 weeks now and transactions have never successfully downloaded into my account. I have reset the account, deactivated and reactivated it, but transactions refuse to download. Quicken tells me repeatedly that the accounts are linked properly and that I have permission to do this.
My guess is that somehow Chase thinks it has sent the transactions, but Quicken dumps them without importing them into the register.
Help!
