Direct Connect not Working

Hello,
I've been using direct connect with Quicken for a long time. It abruptly stopped working on 1/3/2023. I can only connect with Quicken Connect, so of course all the detailed information is missing. Can you tell me if this is a known outage?0 -

First, could you please provide the name of the financial institution you are experiencing this with? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when attempting to connect via Direct Connect that you could provide us with here, please?
