since online billers has been broken for months will we get a credit on our subscription?

AMEX, capital one and CITI have been failing to connect on the on line biller tab in quicken .OSU seems to work most of the time but not the on line biller tab. this is critical to managing cash flow and makes quicken pretty useless now. support seems unable to grasp the seriousness of the issue and continues to report these issues are being worked on with no deadlines
