Scanning Attachments

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When entering a transaction there is an option (paperclip) to add a document. When selecting that, the option of "Scanner" shows up. When that is selection is made, a new panel opens to "Select Device". Our scanner does not show up. (1) Is there a tailoring option to define the scanner? (2) Does this mean the program will grab the document directly from the scanner without normally placing it on the PC?
